Please join us…

Saturday December 1st, come join Global Education Philanthropists to fight human trafficking!
This event coincides with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints’ Light the World Campaign to freely give. You can do this by donating to a charitable organization.
You can also attend our anti-Human Trafficking event to create Rescue Packs.
Time: 1:00 to 3:00 PM, Saturday December 1

Human Trafficking
Millions of men, women, and children are trafficked across the globe each year–including in the United States. Human trafficking is the second most profitable transnational crime, behind drug trafficking, netting an estimated $32 billion annually.

Rescue Packs
Though rescue brings human trafficking victims to a safer life, the process still distressing. Victims are rarely allowed any old possessions and have to move to an unfamiliar location.
By creating Rescue Packs, GEP helps victims transition into safer lives. GEP distributes these packs via FBI-supervised rescuing agencies, such as Operation Underground Railroad.

How can you help?
Please donate Rescue Pack items from the following list:

Toothpaste

Toothbrush

Washcloth

PJ’s (large youth size/medium adult size)
